another Slow carving exercise - breath UP - breathe out - Down into the inner leg
- when breathing in you go Up and straighten the legs and open the chest
- when breating out you go down Down into inner leg and thus creating a natural turning of the wheel
- focus is on getting the breathing and "up & down" and turning as ONE in harmony!... and of course you do NOT need any skipoles !..but they are good for getting the arms in a Mogulriding postion
and they stop you from havng stiff arms or waving them around

another slow carving exercise - "Banking"
I will write about this soon.
Banking is something I do a lot ...it is easy and fun
straighten the legs when approaching the Bank (=the sidewall that goes uphill),
lift the arms (open the chest) and breathe in
then bend the legs and draw the arms back and breathe out and turn on the top of the bank
it is a great feeling even when riding slow!
