another Slow carving exercise - breath UP - breathe out - Down into the inner leg

  1.  when breathing in you go Up and straighten the legs and open the chest
  2. when breating out you go down Down into inner leg and thus creating a natural turning of the wheel

    - focus is on getting the breathing and "up & down" and turning as ONE in harmony!


    ... and of course you do NOT need any skipoles !..
    but they are good for getting the arms in a Mogulriding postion
    and they stop you from havng stiff arms or waving them around
